The CMA may find itself in the European Commission's slipstream for some parts of its "complementary" investigation, but it will have more scope to innovate on subjects that the EU regulator hasn't taken up, such as competition between app stores.A probe into Apple marks a new era in UK antitrust enforcement and may offer up a real-time counterpoint to the EU's approach to the tech giant. It could be a test case for what the UK sees as “complementary” enforcement in an increasingly crowded environment of antitrust tech probes....
