Two separate reports based on the findings of the Competition Commission of India's investigative arm have been sent to the e-commerce giants, ordering them to remove confidential information, correct inaccuracies and provide details or counter arguments, MLex understands. The leaked reports open the prospect of Amazon and Flipkart seeking legal remedies.
