Mofcom extends antidumping measures on imports of nylon 6, pending review

( April 21, 2015, 07:47 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: China’s Ministry of Commerce Tuesday said it has decided to launch a review of the antidumping measures imposed on nylon 6 imported from the US, EU, Russia and Taiwan, after receiving petitions from domestic companies. Nylon 6 is mainly used in areas including chemistry, textiles, electronics, automobiles, food and health care. The review will examine whether the termination of such measures, which are set to expire on Tuesday, will lead to the recurrence of dumping and cause harm to the domestic industry, the ministry said. Mofcom said the antidumping measures will remain in effect during the investigation, which is scheduled to end by April 22, 2016.The full statement follows:...
