Thomson files motion to dismiss direct action plaintiffs' complaints in CRT price-fixing case, says litigation still prejudicial

Thomson argues that the claims are barred by laches, the complaints are just a "transparent attempt to circumvent" a previous ruling preventing the plaintiffs from amending their complaints to include Thomson as a defendant, the claims are time-barred, and the plaintiffs are actually indirect purchasers and they have not pleaded evidence showing that they qualify for the ownership or control exception to Illinois Brick.See document below....
