Landwärme challenges Sweden’s biogas tax-exemption measures at EU court

The exemptions regard non-food-based biogas and biopropane used for heating and motor fuel. In its 2020 appeal, Landwärme argued that the Swedish measures and support from other EU member states led to overcompensation.
