Barclays says Bramson lacks banking skills, is disruptive and uncollaborative

In a letter responding to Sherborne's campaign to gain board representation, Barclays stated that Bramson's prior investments and engagement with the bank "suggest he would be a disruptive and uncollaborative influence on the board." They also argued that Bramson lacks needed banking experience and that Sherborne's interests are not aligned with the wider shareholder base.
