EU-China summit memorandum and dialogue documents published

( April 11, 2019, 15:54 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The European Commission has published the memorandum of understanding on state aid and fair competition it signed with China's new State Administration for Market Regulation, which replaces one signed with the now-defunct National Development and Reform Commission. It has also published the new terms of reference for competition dialogue between China and the EU, which now includes a provision for one side to request the other to probe suspected anticompetitive conduct on its territory.
