Insurers, asset managers to be subject to long-term liquidity requirements, Basel says

( July 13, 2016, 15:36 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The Basel Committee on Banking Supervision clarified that insurers and assets managers, including pension funds, will fall under its 2014 Net Stable Funding Ratio that sets long-term liquidity requirements for banks and other financial institutions.
