Venus Topco’s planned acquisition of Atlanta Investment Holdings 3 won’t face a phase II in-depth investigation following an initial phase I probe, the Competition and Markets Authority said today. Ardonagh Group agreed to merge its Atlanta division with Markerstudy Group, a unit of Venus Topco, last September.
