Full texts of China antitrust guidelines involving IPR, auto sector, commitments, leniency program published by SAMR

( September 24, 2020, 05:26 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: China’s State Administration for Market Regulation has released on its official website the full texts of four sets of antitrust guidelines, including one for the automotive sector, one relating to intellectual property rights, one on leniency programs for horizontal monopolistic agreements, and another for commitments from businesses in antitrust cases. The guidelines, all dated Jan. 4, 2019, were formulated by the Antimonopoly Committee of the State Council. SAMR published the four sets of guidelines in print earlier this year.The texts of the four sets of guidelines are attached....
