Finnish insulation makers fined for styrofoam cartel

The Market Court's imposed sanction is 800,000 euros less than that initially requested by the competition authority. The court confirmed that Jackon Finland, UK-Muov and Styroplast had formed a pricing agreement. Styroplast escaped fines under the country's leniency program.
