​Tecban accuses Prosegur, Brink's, Protege of colluding in bidding processes in Brazil

The Administrative Council for Economic Defense, or CADE, is currently analyzing two deals in the same market: Prosegur's planned buyout of Transvip and Brink's planned buyout of Tecnoguarda.
