Titanium dioxide manufacturers file motion to dismiss indirect purchasers' complaint, argue claims of price-fixing are implausible

( January 22, 2014, 23:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: DuPont, Kronos Worldwide, Huntsman International, and Millennium Inorganic Chemicals have filed a motion to dismiss a complaint by indirect purchasers claiming that the companies conspired to manipulate titanium dioxide prices.
