Dutch telecom regulator's MDF pair-bonding decisions set aside by appeal court

( August 8, 2017, 16:39 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: A Dutch appeal court has set aside the national telecom regulator's initial 2013 and amended 2016 decision on MDF pair bonding, a method of increasing telecommunications bandwidth. The case stems from appeals brought by Vodafone Libertel, Tele2 Nederland, and KPN. The court has maintained the legal effects of the 2013 decision, except the tariff ceilings set out in Annex A. Regarding the 2016 amendment decision it has determined a new date of entry of the tariff ceilings.The full ruling is attached below....
