Antitrust officials recommend CADE tribunal fine heart-doctors’ cooperative

Antitrust officials recommended that CADE’s tribunal consider other penalties to avoid similar cases in the future, as the regulator has recently faced several market foreclosures carried out by medical cooperatives.
