The ministry issued the order after the Japan Fair Trade Commission found that the companies had provided seasonal gifts to school teachers and administrators during the course of an investigation into the nation’s textbook industry. The two companies are Kyoiku-Geijutsu Sha and Dainippon Tosho, according to the report.  ...
