Brazil's CADE gives Federal Pharmacy Council five days to decide on settlement over regulatory abuse probe

The CFF is alleged to have issued a circular that unfairly obstructs professionals from online pharmacy programs from entering the pharmaceutical services market.The Brazilian competition authority has issued an order giving the Federal Pharmacy Council (CFF) a five-day deadline to decide whether it wants to enter into settlement negotiations. The case was initiated by the Superintendence of the Administrative Council for Economic Defense, or CADE, due to concerns that the CFF may have engaged in anticompetitive practices through the issuance of a regulatory circular....
