Digimobil gets OK to charge roaming fees in Spain

( November 23, 2017, 13:45 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Spanish mobile operator Digimobil will be allowed to charge roaming surcharges, under a decision by the Spanish markets regulator, the National Commission on Markets and Competition, or CNMC. The operator couldn't sustainably eliminate roaming fees, as it should in principle under EU rules.
