( January 19, 2015, 03:18 GMT | Official Statement) -- The merger of JAC Motors, a Chinese state-owned automobile and commercial vehicle manufacturer, and Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Group, which owns a 35.43-percent stake in JAC Motors, is currently under antitrust review by the Ministry of Commerce, JAC Motors said in a statement. According to the statement, the deal has already been approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
