Clearview AI to seek US Supreme Court review of Seventh Circuit decision in BIPA case

"This appeal is about whether a plaintiff who alleges that access to her biometric information was sold in violation of the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act ('BIPA') necessarily alleges an injury-in-fact for purposes of Article III standing.
