Australia's Medlab Pathology faces privacy probe over personal information handling

( December 5, 2022, 01:10 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Australia's Medlab Pathology, owned by Australian Clinical Labs, is facing a privacy investigation over its handling of personal information, following the company's notification of a data breach to the Australian privacy regulator. In a statement today, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner said it had started the investigation after making preliminary inquiries in October.
