Aldi, Schwarz Gruppe receive German merger approvals to acquire food and drink suppliers

Aldi can obtain mineral-water producers Altmühltaler Mineralbrunnen and Vitaqua. Schwarz Gruppe has received approval to acquire noodle maker Erfurter Teigwaren.
