Canai Korea wins at Supreme Court over KFTC dominance abuse case

In September 2015, the company received a corrective order and fines of 258 million won ($230,096) for forcing its salespeople to purchase a company product worth more than 6 million won within eight weeks after being employed, otherwise bonus payments would not be made. The company filed an appeal to cancel the fine and won the suit. The case was then brought to the Supreme Court, which also ruled in favor of the company, ordering the regulator to return thes fines and saying there was insufficient evidence of the alleged violation....
