US trade court remands Commerce's redetermined antidumping duties for large power transformers from Korea

( May 17, 2022, 23:10 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The US Court of International Trade has remanded the Commerce Department's first remand results for antidumping duties for large power transformers imported from South Korea between Aug. 1, 2017, and July 31, 2018. The court upheld Commerce's reliance on adverse facts available regarding Hyundai Electric & Energy Systems Co.'s failure of the completeness test, but remanded Commerce's results for the reconsideration of two other uses of facts available while calculating the duty order.See document below....
