Australian National Competition Council gains new part-time councillors

( February 19, 2021, 06:18 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Two leading Australian competition lawyers who worked on an antitrust dispute arising over the privatization of two ports in the eastern state of New South Wales have been appointed to Australia's National Competition Council. In a statement today, Australian Treasurer Josh Frydenberg said Michael Borsky and Katrina Groshinski would work as part-time councillors for a three-year period.
