Hong Kong antitrust regulator consults public on application fees

( April 3, 2015, 02:09 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Hong Kong’s Competition Commission is inviting public comments over proposed fees to be charged for applications under the Competition Ordinance. The consultation, which will run through April 17, concerns block exemptions applications, merger decision applications and applications for a decision for exclusions and exemptions, the regulator said in a statement late Thursday. The agency has considered fees payable to other authorities in Hong Kong, and fees charged by competition authorities in other jurisdictions, it said.The full statement is attached....
