Recruit Holdings to acquire Australia’s Chandler Macleod; deal needs regulatory approval

( January 14, 2015, 09:17 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Recruit Holdings, a Japanese human resource company, said it plans to acquire all shares in Chandler Macleod Group, a publicly traded Australian company, for 290.4 million Australian dollars. The acquisition requires regulatory and court approval, Recruit said in a press release.
