Steves and Sons case against Jeld-Wen 'poster child for divestiture,' says US appeals court

The US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit agreed with a lower court that the divestiture was an appropriate remedy because Jeld-Wen’s acquisition of CMI created a significant threat that Steves and Sons will go out of business in 2021.
