Huarui's acquisition of CPMC Holdings secures Chinese clearance

( August 30, 2024, 10:21 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Packaging manufacturer CPMC Holdings said in a stock exchange filing yesterday that China's State Administration for Market Regulation has unconditionally approved Huarui Fengquan Development's acquisition of all of the company’s issued shares. Additionally, the New Zealand Commerce Commission informed the acquirer on Aug. 28 that the regulator didn’t intend to review the deal at this point. CPMC Holdings said Huarui will continue working towards satisfying the remaining preconditions.The filing is attached....
