New settlement reached in Silicon Valley employee poaching antitrust litigation

( January 14, 2015, 01:07 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: A new settlement has been negotiated in an antitrust class action accusing Adobe Systems, Apple, Google and Intel of violating the Sherman Act by conspiring to not recruit each others' employees, which reduced wages, after the parties' first $324.5 million agreement was rejected in August. The parties notified the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit Tuesday that they have reached a new settlement, and would file a motion for approval "imminently" with US District Judge Lucy Koh.
