Pro-Test reported cartel allegations to intimidate rival Qteq in unrelated case, Australian court hears

The third day of the three-week antitrust trial targeting both Qteq and Ashton saw new details coming to light after lawyer Declan Roche, acting for Qteq, accused Timothy Dabrowski, a former director for Pro-Test, of designing this case to intimidate Qteq.
