World Bank reprimands Sinohydro for hiding $6.9 million fee on Africa project

( June 29, 2016, 22:32 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The World Bank Sanctions Board on Wednesday released a decision reprimanding Sinohydro, a Chinese state-owned construction firm, for not disclosing the use of an agent on a regional dam project in Africa.  It paid the unnamed consultant $6.9 million.
