Citizens concerned about investor-to-state dispute settlement, EU consultation results reveal

( January 13, 2015, 14:03 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The European Commission today published the results of its consultation on investment protection and investor-to-state dispute settlement, conducted as part of EU-US trans-Atlantic trade talks. The results show that citizens are concerned about the trade deal in general and that there is “huge skepticism against the ISDS instrument,” said EU trade commissioner Cecilia Malmström.
