Hungary can support construction of two new nuclear reactors, EU court says

Judges rejected Austria's argument that awarding the construction contract to Russian company JSC NIAEP was in breach of EU rules governing public procurement. Judges said the European Commission didn't have to consider public procurement rules in its state aid probe because it had already carried out earlier infringement proceedings against the award.Press release follows.
