Australia's CovidSafe app prompted no data breach notifications in last six months, privacy regulator finds

( November 30, 2022, 03:05 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Australia's CovidSafe app prompted no data breach notifications or privacy complaints between May and November, a report by the country's privacy regulator has found. In a media release today, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner said the assessment program looked at the app's compliance risk throughout the "information lifecycle" of its data collection.
