DOJ seeks extension of discovery stay in private suits over resistor price-fixing

( March 24, 2016, 21:24 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The Department of Justice is seeking to extend a stay of discovery in civil price-fixing litigation over resistors. The current stay, in place because of an ongoing criminal investigation, ends April 18. The DOJ wants to extend that to Oct. 18. The DOJ says the extension is limited and will not affect the case schedule, which provides for a motion to dismiss argument to be heard in August. See document below....
