Former ITW Global Tire Repair counsel ordered to elaborate on pre-suit probe in alleged US sham patent litigation

Attorney Jay Saltzman was given 14 days to provide written answers to 13 questions from Trydel.ITW Global Tire Repair won’t be able to block Trydel Researcy Pty. from re-deposing ITW’s former in-house counsel....
