Adobe says 'do-not-cold-call' agreement with Apple was not part of broader conspiracy agreement

( January 9, 2014, 23:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Adobe has filed a motion asking for summary judgment against claims alleging that it conspired with other Silicon Valley companies to suppress wages by agreeing not to solicit each other’s employees.  Adobe argues that while it entered into a bi-lateral ‘do-not-cold-call’ agreement with Apple, it was not part of any broader agreement and did not know about or participate in any conspiracy. See document below....
