Second Circuit upholds Grindr suit dismissal

( March 27, 2019, 22:32 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: A Second Circuit panel affirmed a lower court's dismissal of a New York man's suit against Grindr, which claimed the dating app faciliated harrasment by his ex-boyfriend. The three judge panel said that Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act shields the online company.
