Mishcon de Reya, the law firm representing claimant Andrew Prismall, alleges Google and DeepMind obtained and used “a significant number” of medical records without patients’ consent.Google and its artificial intelligence subsidiary DeepMind are facing the UK’s first new major class action-style privacy lawsuit since a landmark Supreme Court ruling last year....
