Fiducial-Prosegur deal gets French merger approval

( September 10, 2020, 17:08 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Fiducial can acquire exclusive control of Prosegur Services France and Prosegur Security Holding France, the French competition watchdog has said. The target companies are active in the private-security sector, while Fiducial is mainly active in the markets for auditing, accounting, legal and tax advice, as well as asset management and financial services, and it also provides private-security services. Because of the parties' limited position in the concerned markets, the regulator concluded that the transaction wasn't likely to hurt competition.Press release follows in French....
