Ex-Transport Logistics International exec to seek FCPA sentencing delay due to health issues

( September 9, 2020, 22:34 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Former Transport Logistics International executive Mark Lambert will request that his sentencing hearing be continued due to both personal health issues and concerns about Covid-19, the Justice Department said. Lambert is set for sentencing in October for his conviction on Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and wire fraud charges stemming from bribery of a Russian official to obtain contracts to transport nuclear material. DOJ and Lambert plan to present physicians and health officials as witnesses at a hearing in a federal courtroom in Maryland.See document below....
