Trump outlines a 7-point trade platform, criticizes trade policy with China

( June 28, 2016, 20:19 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump said that China's entry into the World Trade Organization "enabled the greatest job theft in history" in a speech presented in Pittsburgh. Trump said that China accounted for half of the US trade deficit for manufactured goods. He said that China's entry into the WTO, along with the US joining NAFTA, were two negative legacies of the Clinton administration. Trump proposed a seven-point trade policy that includes withdrawing from the Trans-Pacific Partnership, declaring China a currency manipulator and renegotiating the terms of NAFTA.See document below....
