Comment: Appeal ruling has tips for UK antitrust court on collective-claim case management

The Court of Appeal said that while the Competition Appeal Tribunal's findings were valid, it could have avoided the knotty issues central to the appeal bid with better case management — something that will resonate as the CAT gets ever busier.The headline news from a UK appeal court ruling involving Mastercard and Visa last week was that the card giants again failed in a bid to kill a set of class actions targeting them (see here)....
