Ryanair’s appeal of readopted KLM state aid decision published by EU court

In July 2021, the European Commission reapproved the Covid-19 liquidity support, after it had to make a fresh ruling following an earlier judgment that had annulled the original clearance decision, citing a lack of reasoning.
