US trade court upholds Commerce's redetermined antidumping rates for certain pasta from Italy

( May 13, 2022, 17:20 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The US Court of International Trade has upheld the Commerce Department's remand determination for the antidumping rate for certain pasta imported from Italy between July 1, 2017 and June 30, 2018. Commerce's redetermined results continued to use adverse facts available to calculate the antidumping rate, but it changed the antidumping rate for Ghigi 1870 S.p.A. and Pasta Zara S.p.A from 91.76 percent to 91.74 percent.See documents below....
