Chile's Constitutional Court rejects ANFP's appeal against $2.38 million antitrust fine

( November 25, 2022, 17:19 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Chile's Constitutional Court has rejected an appeal filed by the National Association of Professional Football, or ANFP, against an antitrust fine of 2.2 billion pesos ($2.38 million) imposed by the country's competition tribunal. The Tribunal for the Defense of Free Competition, or TDLC, fined ANFP for creating barriers to entry in the national football market.
