French watchdog appoints two members of its competition college

( September 9, 2020, 16:24 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Jean-Louis Gallet and Frédéric Marty have been appointed as members of the French competition authority's college to work specifically on the freedom of establishment of lawyers at the country's top courts, the Court of Cassation and the Council of State. Both previously worked at the college since 2019 on similar matters for auctioneers, court clerks, court administrators and notaries. The law opening up those regulated professions to competition in 2015 was modified in March 2019 to improve the fees' calculation method.Press release follows in French....
