Japan's MUFG to acquire consumer-loan company Home Credit in Indonesia, Philippines

MUFG will acquire the Home Credit consumer loan companies, headquartered in the Netherlands, through Thailand’s Bank of Ayudhya and Indonesia’s Adira Dinamika Multi Finance — both MUFG subsidiaries.
