HKCC invites comments for revised draft antitrust guidelines until April 20

( March 30, 2015, 02:26 GMT | Official Statement) -- Hong Kong's Competition Commission, also known as HKCC, published on Monday its revised draft regulatory guidelines, which will be open for public consultation until April 20. The commission will consider any additional comments received when finalizing the guidelines, it said in an e-mailed statement to MLex. In the lead-up to the implementation of the ordinance, the regulator will develop and release policies and publications to assist businesses to comply with the new law, including a leniency policy, a statement of enforcement priorities, and short publications directed to specific sectors or entities such as trade associations, the statement said.The full statement and a statement of frequently asked questions are attached....
